Evolves Product Warranty
Your security system is an important part of your building security and staff safety, that's why we want to make sure you'll be happy long after your initial purchase of the equipment.
All our products are supplied with a twelve month manufacturer’s warranty against factory defective parts, on a back to base basis. During the first year all manufacturers faulty components will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE excluding normal wear and tear and physical abuse items etc.
Extended Parts Warranty
Our Extended PARTS Warranties are designed to provide expert protection for our customers investment and reduce the cost of ownership.
The warranty is intended to be taken out when the equipment's is first purchased. However, if is still within the manufacturer's warranty period an extended warranty can still be purchased please click HERE to find out more.
QR Code Equipment Registration.
Our warranty will provide you with peace of mind and ensure that, in the event of a breakdown, we will provide all parts free of charge. For your warranty to be valid the equipment must be:-

Registered via our QR registration system, within 30 days of installation.

Installed by manufacturer or distributor trained personnel.

A copy of the Site Acceptance and Commissioning Test (SCAT) is supplied with the registration.

Serviced and maintained by manufacturer or distributor trained personnel and recorded via the QR registration system.

Maintained to manufacturer specification and intervals.
Returns Policy
During the manufacturers warranty period Evolve will provide its customers with advanced replacement part(s) should a failure occur.
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is part of our quality control process for returning faulty parts in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

Equipment Registration
Our warranty will provide you with peace of mind and ensure that, in the event of a breakdown, we will provide all parts free of charge.
For the warranty to be valid it must be registered with us within 30 days of installation. In addition, you'll need to keep a copy of the Site Acceptance and Commissioning Test (SCAT) checklist.
Remember to make sure the warranty is valid, you must:-

Register the warranty within 30 days of installation.

Keep a completed SCAT checklist for the product.

Make sure that the product is serviced within the first 6 months. For extended warranties it must be serviced at least twice a year.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Registration
To ensure safe operation, long term reliability and working efficiency, tripod turnstiles, speed gates , speed lanes, paddle gates, swing gates, full height turnstiles and security revolving doors MUST be maintained and inspected by a manufacturer trained personal in accordance with the manufactures maintenance procedures.
The equipment, the installation and its environment should be subjected to systematic operational and safety checks as often as is appropriate to the type of installation and its traffic flow.
The maintenance technician MUST scan the QR code for each cabinet and fill out the maintenance form and submit it. This form is required to prove that the equipment has been maintained by a manufacturer trained technician and for warranty purposes. If the form is not filled out than it will be assumed that the equipment has not be maintained and will void warranty.
Reactive Call Out Registration
To ensure safe operation, long term reliability and working efficiency, tripod turnstiles, speed gates , speed lanes, paddle gates, swing gates, full height turnstiles and security revolving doors reactive call outs MUST be carried out by manufacturer trained personal.
The reactive call out technician MUST scan the QR code for each for each item of equipment they work on and fill out the reactive call out form and submit it.
This form is required to prove that the equipment has been serviced by a manufacturer trained technician and for warranty purposes. If the form is not filled out than we will not be able to supply any parts if claiming warranty.
